I'm trying to register a new Instagram account for my business. When I got to the link / url on a computer... instragram.com/thenameiwant I can see the URL does not exist. Therefore, it should be available.
Then I open the app on my iPhone to register, and when I type in the name I want (which is made up of two words), it shows as being already taken. But clearly it's not.
If I add a hyphen between the two words it is available again. I don't get it. Is Instagram squatting on good usernames and not letting them out? This wasn't isn't THAT good, but it's the one I need... and I already have the corresponding name I want on Twitter. So I need it to match on Instagram.
