Why won't angry birds 2 download

I pad 2. Game downloads n then installation stops.
Been trying for days. Please help!!!

Are you running iOS 7 or later? Have you tried to restart your device?

Do you have enough storage space? It says 86 mb, but is actually over 200 mb. Also, Apple has a 100 mb limit for cellular download. Are you on WiFi?
