Why was $1.06 charged to my recently purchased iTunes card?

I have a simple question, I just recently purchased an iTunes card. I've never bought one before for myself but why did it take $1.06 off of it ? It was a $15 one if that matters.

On iTunes on your computer... view your account... then purchase history.

I check from the computer- open iTunes then go to iTunes Store click on account enter password then scroll down to purchase history

Thx I contacted apple & I guess I had a pending transaction from an app I downloaded a couple days ago. Oh well thx for the help.
