Why the difference between a photo set on photo and one on square?

Pictures taken at the "photo" setting are yellowish and not representing true colors. Those taken set on "square" are much better. I rarely use the "photo" setting.

Go back to the "Photo" setting... is the 3 circles icon lit up with colors? Tap that... then tap "none" in the middle...
