Why no "Unsubscribe From Mailing Lists with One Tap in iOS 10? in macOS Sierra?

I thought one of Apple’s desires was to bring iOS 10 more in line with macOS Sierra.

So why did Apple not implement “unsubscribe from mailing lists with one tap [click]” in macOS Sierra?

Disappointed.
