Why isn't the music app opening on my 6sPlus?

New Phone. When I try to open the app I only get the opening screen that says iMusic and then it never moves from there. I have no access to the app where all of my music is stored from iTunes.

There's a button there that says "go to my music" or something similar. I had the same thing earlier.
