Why isn't my laptop PC synching with my Ipad and Iphone?

I must have missed a setting.... because my laptop PC is not synching with my Iphone and Ipad.....

What are you trying to sync? iCloud items or photos, songs, videos and other data? Are you trying to sync via iTunes? What?

Are you using a cable? Or are you trying to sync via wifi? If you're trying to sync via wifi you'll have to be sure you have the option checked for wifi syncing. If it's not syncing with a cable, I would look into getting a new cable. I used to sync all the time with a Windows laptop, cable and wifi.
