Why isn't my iPhone recording recent calls?

iPhone not recording recent calls

I have an iPhone 5 and my recent calls (missed, answered, and outgoing) are no longer appearing. Also, I have more than 200 million missed calls. I took it to the Apple store and they haven't seen this problem. Any suggestions??

I would suggest that you reset network settings.

How in the world do you get over 200 million missed calls? Even if we assume you've had iPhones since the first one in 2007 and never cleared the missed calls and always restored from a backup, that would be over 78,000 missed calls per day since 2007.

As mentioned above do a network update then perform a Hard Reset

Which is almost 1 missed call per second of the day (86,400 seconds in 24 hours).
