I just checked my library after reading your post, and I noticed the same thing. I just did an update a couple of days ago. Maybe it is related to that? If I figure it out, I will let you know.

I have the same issue.. Somehow it only displays a fraction of my entire library, even the playlists.

That made me decide to use Apple Music. I find it superior to Google Music
