Why isn't my FaceTime icon showing up in the settings menu?

FaceTime icon not showing up in settings menu

I have iPhone 5 with all updates. FaceTime shows up in gray on my call screen, but doesn't appear in settings.

I can only assume you live in a country where FaceTime is not allowed or supported or you have a corrupt setting of some sort. Try rebooting your device or reinstalling iOS.
