Why isn't my camera roll working in any of my apps?

Whenever I use an app like Instagram that uses images is my camera roll to post, it doesn't show any of my pictures. It's just blank. In my other apps, it just keeps on loading but it doesn't eventually load.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Photos and enable those apps you want to have access to Photos.

Apps usually ask permission to use your photos. When they do, tap yes or ok.
