Why is there multiple website suggestions

Sometimes when I search something up, like 'What was the invading army in -' It shows up recommending a website to search it on. It's not a blue link, like it says the domain, and 'search' in grey. How can I stop this?

You might try going to settings>Safari> toggle Safari suggestions off.
