Why is the Weather app showing yesterday as the default day?

The system date and time are set correctly, yet regardless of which cities I select, the day's weather displayed in detail is titled as the previous day. (ie. "Thursday Today" is displayed when it is actually Friday - and the hourly forecast temp/weather icon does not match what occurred yesterday).
