Why is the leave the conversation button not showing up?

When I go there all the steps the button is not there in detail. How do I leave the chat without that button?

*If* you're referring to group chatting via the iMessage app, select "Details" in the upper right corner and then select "Leave This Conversation" at the bottom of the screen.
