Why is Safari not on bottom of my iPhone6 anymore?

When i turn on phone ans swiped to the right I find it in Siri Suggestions. When I try to move it back the normal way Safari just opens then returns to under Siri Suggestions.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Sounds like Safari may have inadvertently been moved from the bottom dock.

Find it on one of your home screens, press it until it starts to jiggle then move it back the bottom dock.

Most likely the icon for Safari is in a folder or on other page on homescreen. Find that one, let it wiggle and move it to the place you prefer.
