Why is my upgrade to 8.1.3 failing?

Upgrade to 8.1.3 fails

My 16 GB ipad is currently version 7.12. I have enough capacity to do the upgrade. It downloads, I enter my code, agree to the. Terms and then the upload fails. Can anyone help?

If you have the capacity it could possibly be a connection issue? Have you tried connecting it to your computer and doing the update via iTunes?
