Why is my podcasts app crashing after I sync with my Mac?

I'm running iOS 7.0.4 evasion jailbreak on an iPhone 5. I listen to podcasts a fair bit and use the podcasts app a lot. Unfortunately, I recently installed afc2add to grant root access to my phone from my mac (Macbook Pro running 10.9.5). Ever since, my podcasts app crashes continuously after every sync. I have to redownload the Podcasts app from the App Store to get it to work again. I have tried removing afc2add but the issue doesn't go away. I'm not 100% certain its afc2add caused the issue but its a prime suspect. I have Crash Reporter installed on the phone but it always pops up with "no suspects" after a crash.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
