Why is my phone chiming for no reason everyday at 1pm?

Phone chimes for no reason everyday at 1pm

Everyday, my iPhone 4 makes a chime sound at 1pm. I have been through all my notifications and cannot find any reason why it is doing this. It is getting very annoying especially while I am at work. I really hope someone out there knows what I am talking about and has a fix for me!

Maybe in the Clock app there's an alarm set?

When you say "chime"
Can you check what sound it is, compared to ones currently set?

Did you try to turn off notifications for all apps? Then you can go through them one at a time to see what the culprit might be

What carrier do you have? It may be a backup reminder you have set accidentally for daily backup of your contacts and calendar.

The Heritage Foundation app had a bell that dinged everyday at 11:00 am for the news story of the day. The bell was not part of the phones list of alerts. The app System has a bell that dings as well. It could be an app with it's own alert sound. Be sure to check the " not included" apps in Notifications. I found my tri-tone ghost there.

Is there a reminder set? I have a daily reminder set and it has a chime sound.
