Why is my iPhone is not allowing me to, delete, send or save pictures and how do I fix it?

My iPhone 6s Plus is not allowing me to delete, save or send pictures. My pictures in my gallery are blurry and my videos are not playing but they are shown there. I have tried rebooting my phone and even reset my settings but nothing has helped. I have more than enough space on my phone. I'm really starting to panic.

Have you by any chance synced them with a computer or with your iCloud account? Here's an earlier thread here on iMore that addresses a similar issue....

Hello there @olivia n. Welcome to iMore.

Try this. Go to settings, your account at the top of the screen, iCloud, Photos and disable iCloud Photo Library and see if that helps. You may have enough storage space in your device, you may not have enough iCloud storage to store the photos on your device. While I don't see how that could affect what you are trying to do, it might be worth a shot.
