My iPhone 7 Plus back camera and flash light is not working after it fell. Only the front camera but when I use the camera on Facebook app it works with the flash light and I noticed it’s only one camera that works the left camera. I have done full restore but same thing. Do I need to get a new cameral?

Why is my iPhone 7 Plus back camera not working?

It’s probably not working because, as you’ve stated, it fell. You didn’t stay how it fell, how far it fell not what did it fall onto. If there’s physical damage, restoring the device will not fix it. If you have Apple Care +, now would be a good time to use it.
