Why is my iphone 6 screen bleeding colour?

My screen is bleeding colour by this I mean that the words and other icons are smudging downwards in lines I have an iPhone 6

I can only assume something is damaged and/or malfunctioning. Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose and possibly fix the problem for you.
