I have an iPhone 5c. I only have 40 photos on my phone (the rest are regularly backed up onto my iCloud account.) But I am out of storage. Why is this? When I look to manage my storage, it's telling me that my Photo Library is taking up 3.6GB. I'm so confused - and frustrated. Thanks for any advice!

If you are saying that when you "manage your storage" you are talking about your iCloud storage, I think this is the answer. You would need to delete them from the iCloud storage if you don't want them taking up that space.
