Why is my drawing in notes not working?

I have an iPod 5th generation and i upgraded but my drawing feature is not working. I can put photos and lists but i can't draw.

not all devices got that feature as a part of Notes... like the 3rd gen. iPad... if you can't do it - it's likely the iPod-5 didn't get the feature.
