Why is my device randomly rebooting after removing a Cydia tweak while disabled in mobile substrate?

Hey
I have a jailbroken ipod touch running on ios 5.0.1
I uninstalled a cydia tweak while it was disabled in mobile substrate causing my ipod to reboot randomly.Please suggest a solution to correct this without restoring.

Why were you disabling apps in mobile substrate? Were you already experiencing reboots?
