Why is my cellular signal is weak? Ive reset my iPhone in iTunes but still weak.

My network is Globe, whether i change my Sim is still weak signal. Its hard to text someone, almost failed.

Welcome to iMore. You sure this is not a problem with your cellular provider. Could be poor coverage in your area. One suggestion might be to go to your provider and ask them.

Welcome to iMore! As @firedept10 stated it's usually a problem with your wireless service. Has this problem just recently developed? Do other people near you use Globe without a problem?
