Why is dictation disabled in Naver line?

I can use dictation in every application on my iPhone 6 except on Naver line. How come a third-party application dictates how the keyboard or dictation is working? What makes this dictation disabled on Naver line? I use that application a lot and I'd like to fix it. Thanks

Welcome to iMore! I have no idea. Never heard of Naver Line. What is it? Could be the app itself doesn't allow the dictation. Or, it could be a security measures with Apple. Try contacting the app developer.
