iMore

I jailbroke my iPad 1 and have cydia. When I download tweaks, they do not appear on my homescreen or in my settings. Please help me. I have already un-jailbroke my iPad once today and it took at least 4 hours. Please help me figure this out without having to restore and re-jailbreak.
