I don't know why it is not, but it is only in New Zealand and Australia.

An outrage is people getting shot in a movie theatre. Or church.
An outrage are kids being bombed because of dogmatic beliefs.
An outrage are animals being abused and killed for the thrill of killing.
An outrage are old people living alone with no one to talk to.

A game not being available is not an outrage.

Sometimes a little perspective is needed.
