Why is 8.4 taking a long time to install?

8.4 taking a long time to install

Downloaded 8.4 through itunes. Plugged my 4s in to install the update that was 5 hours ago and its still only half way.
Is it me or happening to others ?

It did take longer than other installs I did, but nowhere near 5 hours. If the progress bar is still moving though, don't unplug it, otherwise you'll have to reinstall iOS from scratch.

I did OTA in about 20 min.

OTA was less than 20 mins for me.
