why i did not get back my info?

i backed up my i phone via iTunes on iCloud but when i restored it i did not get back my info

When you set up your restored phone, you should have had 3 options. 1. As new, 2. Restore with iCloud, 3. Restore with iTunes. Which did you choose? If you chose iTunes and didn't get your back up, then check to see if there is, in fact, a back up in iTunes. Do you have iCloud set up? Is there a back up there?
