Why has the screen display changed to black and white on my iPhone 5s?

I've tried rebooting, checked the settings. The display for everything is black and white- think old time TV screen.

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility. Is grayscale turned on? If it is, turn it off and it should go back to normal.
