Why has the accessibility shortcut Zoom stopped working?

Accessibility shortcut Zoom. It was working and now it won't work.

I have the check next to zoom to activate it with the triple-click the home button. I was using it. Now it won't come up when I triple click. The other shortcuts will work.

Have you tried triple tap the screen with 3 fingers?
