There will be a small bar in the top centre of the keyboard. Pull that up and predictive text will be there.

Out of all the third party keyboards including the Apple stock keyboard that I've tried, SwiftKey is the smartest and most accurate.

I use SwiftKey too and it works well.

Or long press on the globe for options. I don't have the little bar in the middle on mine.
