Why has my iPhone 6 stopped downloading apps?

When i attempt to download new app from app store it just keeps cycling and never begins the download. I have half my 64 gigs of storage left.

1. There could be a problem on Apple's end.
2. You could be having Wi-Fi or internet-related problems.

I get that sometimes. Try a hard reset..
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
It's usually like D' said.
