Why has my commands for my iPad Air 2 Logitech keyboard stopped working?

commands for ipad air 2 logitech keyboard not working

Just got a logitech keyboard/cover for ipad air 2. Two issues:

First, not all of the shortcuts work. Second, the command functions don't work.

Any thoughts?

Oh, I don't know. Maybe take it back and get another one?

To use the function/command keys, press and hold the fn key, then press one of the function/command keys
