Why dosn't iTunes transfer updated apps from my iPhone?

iTunes does not tranfer updated apps from my iPhone

When there's an update for any app, if I update from my iPhone and then sync it to my iTunes it does not transfer it. Or if I update on my iTunes and then transfer it to my iPhone, it does not recognizes it, the red bubble on the App store app does not goes away.

Please help.

There is no help in this matter. It's a known issue and I'm sure  will sort it out soon enough. In the meantime, update your apps manually in iTunes as well
