Why don't some of my apps connect to LTE network?

Some of my apps won't connect to LTE network

So I upgraded my iphone 5s 2 days ago and so far it's been great. However, I can't seem to connect some of my apps to my LTE network. Some of my apps are always enabled for data use (Instagram, whatsapp) but other ones are not. (Youtube, Twitter.)
The problem is that once I hit the enable button and go to the app they keep being disabled. Any thoughts?

The apps may not be IOS 9 compatible yet. Normally that is not the reason but could be in this case. Make a note of those apps and see if they get updated and then make a difference.
