Why don't my missed calls show in the call log and miss calls?

my missed calls dont show in call log and miss calls

when call comes doesnt show in call log and voice mail doesnt work. i am taking to apple store today will i get a new i phone. i had problems b4 with same phone and they just reset it to factory setting and said there was a bug.

I'm not sure if they will give you a new phone, but hopefully they will fix the issue.
