Why don't I have text notification sound on some incoming texts?

No text notification sound on some incoming texts

How come some texts have the notification sound but some don't? I have checked mute do not disturb and that every contact is properly set

This happens to me as well especially when driving in my car.
Cant"t pinpoint it and unfortunately intermittent.
