Why don't i have any slide or accept/decline buttons?

No slide or accept/decline buttons

I have a i phone 5c and just last week i have had to tap a green message at the top of my screen to get me back to the accept/decline buttons or the slide to answer i think i might have put it into my pocket unlocked and changed some setting and dont no how to change it back

Settings - General - Reset - "Reset All Settings".

That green bar shows when you're on the phone talking and tap the home button to view elsewhere while talking. To return back, tap the green bar.
