why doesn't the U Connect Remote Access communicate with my 2016 Ram 1500

Every time I select an action from my U connect remote Access App on my 1Phone with OS 9.02, it always returns the message "cannot connect with your truck"...and the on site remote access does not work either.....any ideas?

Sounds like a uconnect issue. I have only used it once on my jeep renegade to lock the doors and it worked without issue.
