Why doesn't the ear speaker on my iPhone 5 work?

The ear speaker on my iphone 5 does not work.

I replaced the ear speaker, but it still does not work. I can get a little sound from it if I squeeze the phone to the right of the ear speaker. What should I do to fix it?
