Why doesn't my mail open on my iPad?

Mail doesn t open at ipad

When clicked mail starts opening shows initial screen and immediately closes. Its been a week and i dont know how to fix it.
Could anyone help me?

Reboot... If still a problem, connect to computer running iTunes and restore the iOS.
