Iphone 5 dont update time and date

Anyone knows what part of hardware of one iPhone 5 controls the time and date? I have one iPhone 5 that dont update the time and date. I think is not a software issue because I make a factory restore.

Does it help if you go into your date and time settings and turn Set Automatically off, and then back on?

I just tested all of that. This must be a hardware issue. I phone dont update date or time.

Have you tried a hard reset?
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
If that doesn't work, try Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

That doesn't work try a restore as new. Not from a back up.
