Why does the volume on my IPhone 8 Plus goes up by itself when I turn on location services?

I’ve noticed that when I turn on location services, the volume goes up by itself on my iPhone 8 Plus. After this, volume up button and lock button doesn’t work. It only works when I turn on accessive touch and turn up volume. But again when I unlock the phone volume icon appears and volume goes all the way up. My phone goes back to normal when I reset all settings but the same thing happens when I turn on location services on again.

Just tried a hard reset. Still the same :/

Try Reset All Settings.
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
Make sure you check all 3 places to adjust volume.
1. Controls on side of phone.
2. Control center.
3. Settings> Sounds.
