Why does the top bar on my iPhone 6 plus disappear?

The top bar ip6plus dissapear

Hi, Im using an ip6plus. I bought it 3 months ago. Recently, the top bar which show the status of wifi, phone network, the time and the battery disappear when I turn to HOme Screen.
I wonder is it because of the setting changed or my phone had problems.
It not always gone, just sometimes.
Pls help me. Thank you so much

It should always appear at the top of the home screen. Have you tried resetting your phone? Hold in the power button until the screen says "slide to power off". Slide the bar, wait a minute, and then turn the phone back on. See if this fixes the problem before you try anything else.

Have you tried to restart the phone and see if that helps? If that does not help, I would take it to an Apple Store (or call Apple support) and have them look at it--since it's only 3 months old it's covered under AppleCare.

Yeah it shouldn't do that. If the above tips don't help, plug into iTunes backup and restore . And test it out first without restoring your backup. Could be a bug

It should never do that and it, have you tried to erase (reset) the device and restore from a previous backup?
