Why does the Apple TV boot to the setting screen and not the home screen?

Is there a way to have the Apple TV 4 go directly to the home screen when starting?

Welcome to iMore! That's odd. It shouldn't be going to the Settings app after initial set up.

I wonder what was causing that? Haven't seen it, but at least it is fixed.
