Why does some of my contacts only displaying the phone number?

I am having an issue with my contacts. Some of them are not showing their names, just their phone number.

Try doing a hard reset. Hold the power button and home button at the same time until the Apple screen shows then release and allow the iPhone to reboot

Is it always the same contacts that are like this? Maybe try deleting and re-adding them

It could be possible you have that contact already in your list.. You can search for the number in the contact app and see for yourself.

I mean the number could be already saved under an other name.
