Why does Siri no longer beep when the home button is pushed?

With the new iOS 9 update Siri no longer beeps when you hold down the home button. How to I change it back so that Siri beeps when home button is pushed? This helps me to know when she is ready for me to ask her something.

Welcome to iMore! Just an adjustment Apple made in iOS 9. I don't think there's a way to enable it.

I noticed this on my iPhone 6. The sound effect is still present on my 2 iPads though. Very weird.

Siri also says that it makes too much noise.

It's a change to Siri in iOS 9. I don't think you can change it.
