Why does my time keep changing on my iphone

When I set time on my iphone it changes time on it own a little while later, why is it doing this?

Switch to manual time setting. Settings>General>Date&Time>Set Automatically and turn off. There is most likely a piece of network gear nearby that is giving your phone faulty information.

You do realize that time changes, right? I mean, if I set my clock to display 12:00, it will change to 12:01 in 60 seconds and it will do it on its own.
